Tea and coffee are also welcomed (in reasonable quantities, of course). The principle of the scheme is to bring more potassium. You can also take tablets.
Not recommended foods: dairy products and eggs, as well as pineapple , melon and strawberry.

The male spermatozoa are more fragile. As a result, techniques are therefore designed to make the vaginal environment hostile to male spermatozoa if you want a girl, or favorable if you want to have a boy . In order to achieve one of these goals, the best way to go is to combine several techniques.

In order to change the environment, we can make vaginal irrigation. If a girl is wanted, then the solution used should be with vinegar and water. Use two tablespoons of vinegar diluted in a liter of warm water, then use this solution for the irrigation.
The irrigation is to be performed just before intercourse. This will acidify the vagina and make it hostile to male spermatozoa.
If you want a boy, then you should use a baking soda solution, which you can make yourself, using the same proportions as in the case of the vinegar solution.

The second technique is about selecting the sex of the baby where there is a risk of genetic diseases transmitted only to one sex, diseases like muscular dystrophy or hemophilia.

Specialists believe that apart from the cases of communicable disease, choosing the sex of the future baby using medical methods can lead to abuses. In a word, this method is considered to be ethically questionable.
